When Norman Came Storming

Norman the Highland calf has big hair, big hooves and an even bigger heart. On his first day on the farm he can't wait to make friends, so he goes storming across the paddocks to say hello. But the ducks scatter, the goats run, the hens hide up a tree and even the pigs are scared of such a big cow.

With a pat on the head from Farmer Tash, Norman has an idea. What if he tiptoes instead of storming?

When Norman Came Storming is a funny, gentle rhyming story for ages 3 to 6 about kindness, making friends and not judging others by their size. It is the second book in the Norman and Friends series, set on an Aussie farm with creeks, paddocks and a shed full of hay. Its bouncy rhyme is made for listening together, at bedtime, in the car or in the classroom.
