Before we move into a new year and start working on our 2026 goals, it's time to let go of the people and things that don't align with us anymore. By releasing what no longer serves us, we can make room for everything we want to call in for the new year. 

What I'm saying goodbye to in 2025 🪄

1. Starting but not finishing projects/not being dedicated to my goals 

2. Environments that slow me down

3. Forcing things that aren't meant to be/no longer begging for someones time or attention 

4. Trying to understand someone who is unwilling to communicate how they feel 

5. Being afraid to show up as my most authentic self 

6. Being afraid to fail/letting "failure" decide my future

It can be tempting to make your life seem much more luxurious and interesting than it actually is. We think if we post videos at a cool party or photos of us in an expensive car, it will wow others and make them envy our lives. But what is more important? People thinking our lives are so cool, or us actually enjoying our lives? Instead of focusing so much on trying to curate this perfect image of what our life is supposed to look like, let's focus on trying to make our life something worth living. Stop focusing on what your life looks like and focus on what your life feels like.
