J.J. Sugar has finally gotten into a groove with Norm, the leather-clad manifestation of his invisible disease. While J.J. tries to make a good impression, Norm makes a new friend named Seymour and unintentionally puts J.J. and his entire family at risk. Basking in the glow of friendship, Norm fails to notice Seymour tracking a member of J.J.’s family like an assassin. Now, the Sugars have to face a new, not-so hidden disease. With the clock ticking, Norm must figure out how to stop Seymour and fix the mess he’s made before it’s too late.
