Vacant Possession: Ghost Cozy Mystery with humor

When showing houses comes with a side of murder... Real estate agent Vylette West has dealt with difficult clients before, but Trevor takes it to a new level—five appointment cancellations in one week. Then a cryptic text arrives: Come now.

She arrives at his waterfront property expecting another flake-out. Instead, she finds him dead on the living room floor.

The police have questions. Vylette has none of the answers. Someone wanted her at that house, and now she's tangled in a murder investigation with secrets lurking in every closet—literally.

With a rival agent acting suspiciously, mysterious surveillance footage, and a house that witnessed more than it's telling, Vylette must untangle a web of lies before she becomes the prime suspect in a case where nothing is as it seems.

Good thing she has ghostly backup.

A clean cozy mystery featuring a real estate agent who sees ghosts, a murder wrapped in secrets, and proof that some properties come with more than just character.
