Practically, you can cultivate this by first defining one concise intention (e.g., “calm clarity”), then summoning a genuine elevated emotion such as gratitude or joy, holding both together for several minutes. Elevated feelings like gratitude, appreciation, inspiration, and compassion help entrain a stable, rhythmic heart pattern, reinforcing clarity and intuitive insight. With repetition, this creates a new baseline emotional “set point” that naturally sustains constructive thinking.
