Professor Pierre Aronnax was commissioned by the American government in 1867 to get to the bottom of mysterious shipping accidents in the Pacific. Instead of finding the suspected sea monster, he is captured with two companions by Captain Nemo and experiences numerous adventures in Nemo´s futuristic submarine, always waiting for the opportunity to learn more about this mysterious character and ultimately escape captivity.
