The Occupant is playing war games in DC- calling in the military, gassing peaceful citizens for photo-ops, using helicopters to disperse crowds,— and random city residents harbor protestors overnight; America’s police forces are out of control, even during nationwide protests about police mistreating and murdering black people; Demi heads downtown to the #dcprotests: Also, Demi’s mother (finally) agrees to an interview (about protesting) and Demi calls in a professional (Lisa Jones-Chandler) to get tips for black people about handling all this damn trauma (the murders, the viral videos, the uprisings, and either the weird, supportive corporate statements from places that are known for racism, or the profound silence from white colleagues, etc.) Also: #blacklivesmatter
