When Naval officer Alecin Hamilton receives a mysterious summons from her dying grandfather, she has no idea she's about to inherit a cosmic responsibility. As one of twelve Guardians secretly established by Alexander Hamilton and other Founding Fathers after an alien encounter in 1797, Alecin is tasked with protecting humanity's future by finding pieces of an alien device known as the Appello.
