Lacee Lazoff is an athletic trainer, specializing in helping women change how they feel and look with non-nonsense strength training. She founded the Bells Up method to fill a hole in the industry: efficient digital strength classes that follow a plan. Lacee spent 10 years working for athletic apparel pioneer lululemon athletica, developing new markets across the United States and Europe. She is a NASM trainer, former StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 2/Bodyweight Instructor and RKC Level 1 kettlebell instructor.
Melissa Paris has a degree in dietetics and 15 years of fitness and nutrition experience. Since the birth of her sons in 2014 and 2018, her business shifted to working with prenatal and postnatal women seeking guidance in safe and effective ways to retain strength for the duration of pregnancy and recovery. Melissa incorporates hard style kettlebell training principles, tools from Ground Force Method, as well as Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization to create specific workouts for personal training clients and programs for Bells Up TV.
