The physical aspect nowadays determines a person. Nowadays more and more people are concerned about their physical characteristics, and of course this concern is due to be able to improve it. Thus, every day there are more and more people interested in exercising, having a healthy or balanced diet, choosing any type of formula that helps them to improve their overall health.

Many people over time, depending on their lifestyle, aspire to go on diets to improve their quality of health, generally determined by weight gain, fat burning, metabolic imbalances and other factors that lead them to try some kind of option to help them counteract these factors that are harmful to the body.

Currently there are known ways to lose weight, or have an ideal weight and also bring extra benefits. Some of them are intermittent fasting, which consists of fasting for a certain period of time, and then eating food. These types of fasts are performed in different ways, some being fasts of a few hours and others longer, such as 16 hours.

It is important to mention that for these types of diets to work in terms of weight, there must be a balanced way of ingesting food, taking into account which bring benefits and which do not, or which are of real importance to the body and thus be consumed.
