The Ementhian

A bipolar sixteen-year-old, born without his limbs, stands to inherit one of the largest corporations on Earth, but accidentally helps someone steal the key to his inheritance, a medallion called the Ementhian. He sets out on a quest to recover the Ementhian and in the process discovers a dark secret the corporations are hiding from the world.
