#1 When the COVID-19 crisis forced his company to shut down, Curtis Christopherson, the founder and CEO of Innovative Fitness, had to pivot and go remote. #4 Shared understanding is the extent to which members of the team have a commonly held perspective on the team’s expertise, assigned tasks, context, and preferences. It’s important to build this into the team’s process, as it will help them work together more smoothly.
