Nice plot. But way, way, waaaay to long…

Good book, but at times a bit drawn out and technical - I found that the last part was the best and way too short. The narrator has a nice voice and pace, but his accents are terrible. Germans are Russian and everything else (including British) sounds Indian, which can be quite distracting when trying to keep up with all the characters.

This was a very great story! Neal goes into details in a way that makes the story very real and authentic. Although not very fast paced I only once felt a bit bored and tempted to skip. Very happy that I didn’t! Would love to see this as a movie!

Best sci fi i have read ever since Fune and Enders Game. I would recommend it for a vacation as it is a long and epic tale that does best with longer reading sessions.

Really amazing and interesting view on humanity.

A masterpiece of a apocalyptic sci-fi story, well written.Even the scientific explanations of events happening and the technical description of the gear used is intriguing.Not once were I bored.
