New Problem: Malley doesn’t seem to like boys much and plays only if and when she feels like it.

Certain that Jerri’s plan is Doomed to Failure right from the beginning, pessimistic Jeoffrey plots Malley’s disappearance, hoping to enlist his mother’s cooperation in taking Malley’s place as their Mystery Guest Player.
