In this episode, we are flowing through some beautiful Third Eye Chakra Affirmations. The third eye chakra is located in between the eyebrows and slightly up, the colour in Indigo and it commonly represents intuition and the enlightenment that can be found through meditation. 🙏🏼

In the beginning of this episode I provide some brief yet important information on this chakra - make sure you listen to this first, your health and awareness of working with this Chakra is vital to your success, balance and peace.
