It’s summer vacation, and Miley Stewart is seriously stoked about three months with no homework, cafeteria food, or early morning alarms. Even better: Miley’s crush of the moment, Aussie surfer Talen Wright, will be riding the waves in the Breakpoint Surf Series—a major surfing competition being held in her hometown of Malibu. Instead of hanging out on the beach, she’ll be making up work in the classroom for two whole weeks! In a surprise twist of fate, Talen and Miley end up in the same summer school class—but so does his ex-girlfriend, who isn’t quite ready to let Talen go. As the summer heats up, so does the drama!
