Book one also delves into what protects these intents and desires—the seasoning that adds taste and pleasure to the experience, much like a delicious, yummy meal. I’m talking about boundaries and expectations. You will understand what they are, why they matter, and how to set and express your desires and healthy boundaries in an intimate relationship. Book two, which I call the Bricks addresses what happens when our needs and expectations are unmet. Book three, The Pillar, focuses on how to use those broken bricks to build an anchor for your next evolution. Book three suggests new habits and routines that will empower you to face challenges with awareness, observation, and full presence.
