This episode looks at Nehemiah 4:1-9, 17-18. In this passage, we read about how Nehemiah and those who were rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem faced opposition and persecution. Though many opposed them, Nehemiah encouraged the people to work and watch for the enemy at the same time. The people learned the importance of being vigilant even while doing God's work. We learn from this lesson that God will help us finish His work no matter the opposition.
