Hello Magical Human & welcome back to another '22 Minutes of Magic' episode 🌲🌱
In this episode, I invite you to find a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed for the next 22 minutes. My favourite place to do this practice is in nature somewhere so perhaps pair this episode with a walk or when you're spending time in the garden.
We will be going through a Self Massage routine in this episode. I do this (and different version of this practice) every day and it is something that is a non-negotiable for me now. I can feel the benefit for my body and mind - no matter where I am or what kind of day I have ahead, I always find the time.
In this episode we will be going through movement, massage, tapping and brushing of the body. 🙏🏼
