Dreamtime Whisper Stories: Audio Hypnosleep Stories for Children aged 5-9 years old

Dreamtime Whisper Stories are a collection of audio stories recommended for children aged 5 to 9 years old.

The stories have been created by a clinical hypnotherapist, to soothe children to a restorative night sleep.

All the stories are uniquely told using visual, audible and kinesthetic imagery for different processing styles with calming hypnotic tones.

Our research has also proven these stories to have great success with children who are neurodiverse, have ADHD, are natural worriers or simply find it hard to settle at bedtime.
