Dracula's Guest and Other Weird Stories

This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice. Published posthumously in 1914 by his widow, Dracula's Guest and Other Weird Stories gathers nine tales of terror by Bram Stoker, the author of Dracula. This unabridged audiobook opens with the legendary title story, widely believed to be a lost chapter cut from the novel itself. On Walpurgis Night, a young Englishman ignores every warning and wanders alone from Munich into a deserted, snow-covered valley, where an abandoned village, a marble tomb and a great grey wolf await him.

The horrors that follow are just as unforgettable. A student seeks solitude in a house once owned by a merciless hanging judge and meets its monstrous rats. In Nuremberg, a careless tourist provokes a vengeance that leads straight to the Iron Maiden. On the outskirts of Paris, a stranger learns what lurks in the city's rubbish heaps in The Burial of the Rats. Along the coasts of Scotland and Cornwall, curses, prophecies and doubles close in on those who thought themselves safe.

Gothic horror, supernatural dread and Victorian suspense combine in this classic short story collection, the perfect companion for every fan of Dracula, vampire fiction, ghost stories and weird tales.

Stories included: Dracula's Guest • The Judge's House • The Squaw • The Secret of the Growing Gold • The Gipsy Prophecy • The Coming of Abel Behenna • The Burial of the Rats • A Dream of Red Hands • Crooken Sands
