Dr. Derrick Foward, President of Dayton, Ohio NAACP, Speaks On The Dragging of Clifford Ownesby By The Police

Clifford Owensby, a Black man from Dayton, Ohio who's a paraplegic, was dragged by Dayton police after they didn't heed to his call for help in getting out of his car. To explain further, and an update of the case, will be Dr. Derrick Foward, the President of the Dayton, Ohio chapter of the NAACP.
