Death Recorded for Tomorrow: Her Details. Her Trusted Doctor's Signature. Date of Death: Tomorrow.

Thirty-eight-year-old Lena Wysocka has a job, an apartment in Warsaw, and a cardiac history she has managed for years with the help of a doctor she trusts. Then, late on a Saturday night, an ordinary-looking medical notification appears on her phone.
The document contains her full name. Her personal details. A plausible cause of death.
And the electronic signature of Dr. Tomasz Radecki, the cardiologist who has treated her for nine years.
There is only one problem.
The date of death is tomorrow.
At first Lena assumes it must be an error. Then the time of her death changes while she is watching the screen. A medical appointment she never booked appears in the system. An ambulance arrives at her home in response to a cardiac arrest that never happened. By the time the police become involved, some of the records have already begun to disappear.
Radecki insists he did not create the documents.
But his account is connected to them.
His patients are connected to them.
And Lena is not the first person whose death seems to have entered the system before reality caught up.
One patient officially died weeks ago, yet Lena is certain she saw him alive. Another woman vanished after receiving a suspicious referral. A hidden diagnostic facility appears to be examining people outside normal hospital procedures. Behind it all is a data-migration project capable of changing far more than a single medical record.
As Lena digs deeper, the question stops being whether someone intends to kill her tomorrow.
The real question becomes far more disturbing: what can be done to a living person once enough systems begin treating them as dead?
Every new answer complicates the last. A trusted doctor may be a suspect, a victim, or both. A dead man may have chosen to disappear. A warning may come from someone involved in the crime. An administrative error may be deliberate, while a genuine coincidence may look like proof. And the people manipulating the system do not need to control every hospital employee, police officer, or paramedic. They only need to know which ordinary procedures will continue working once false information has been placed in the right locations.
Death Recorded for Tomorrow is a psychological and medical thriller about trust, identity, institutional systems, and the frightening distance that can open between a human being and the official records meant to describe them.
Lena has less than a day to understand why her death has already been documented.
But the deeper she goes, the more she realizes that her survival may not be the experiment's only objective.
