Bibi and Tina, Mom Wins

When Barbara Blocksberg gallops past them on Topsy, Bibi and Tina are amazed: Bibi's mom is an excellent rider! They've got to get her into the castle tournament. But the Count says that only men can ride in the tournament, in keeping with ancient tradition. Surely two witches can do something about that!
