Round Table Discussion: The importance of maintaining focus during turbulent times

A compass needs to be kept level in order to set the course correctly. The situation in the world can be described as many things, but certainly not level. So how do we maintain the course for sustainable development? We have in many ways identified the problems that need to be addressed in order to work towards economic, social, and ecological sustainability, and the technology that can facilitate this work is available. At the same time, technology is being used as a source of disinformation and undermining democracy. How can we let technology drive progress instead of tearing down society?
