*Mike’s Personal Meditation Technique: 1. I meditate either in the morning or before bed. 2. Either take a warm shower or splash my face. 3. Stretch a bit and have and empty stomach. 4. Use essential oils if needed. 5. Put on this track or a frequency that works for you. 6. Lay or sit in darkness or very little light. 7. Lightly close your eyes so your eyelids are barely closed (takes practice) 8. Take deep breaths and slow your mind. 9. Try to be present in that moment and just be. 10. If you see lights or energy follow it in your mind.
