Dal Sekhon (@nutritioncoachingbydal) is a nutrition coach, mother, and someone who has been on an impressive journey with her own health and fitness. Dal is down over 120lbs after years of dieting and trying so many different approaches. Now, she’s pulling from her experience and education to help others do the same.
The coolest part is that Dal didn’t give up all the cultural foods and things she loves in order to lose a ton of weight. Of course there are adjustments, but you don’t have to eat boring, plain food to make it happen.
Dal talks about her story and the different phases she went through. Including the emotional and psychological aspects of changing your identity and losing a significant amount of weight. It’s a powerful conversation that is certainly applicable to anyone trying to change their life.
