“Religiosity that is hostile to sex is the product of authoritarian society." & “The socially irresponsible man is the man absorbed in sexual conflicts.” Wilhelm Reich, The Mass Psychology of Fascism, which was banned by the Nazis - These quotes point to what I share in this experimental episode. It is a tapestry of the messages of Wilhelm Reich (24 March 1897 – 3 November 1957) who was a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, Aries, sexuality fight, Mars in Cancer in square, for emotional, healing reasons, fighting against limited freedom in the family- Mercury in Pisces holstic thinking I mention Reich carried trauma, but of course we do not exactly know about a persons internal condition- but facts are that his mother committed suicide in 1910 after his father discovered she had had an affair and little Reich was involved in admitting to his father about the affair. Imagine the weight of that. And then his father died and WW1 broke out and Reich had to flee from his home and join the army. After this is when he studied with Freud at the Berlin Psychoanalytic Institute But this talk is a lot more about the message Reich was fighting for and tragically he really had to fight for his right to speak about it. The way I talk about it is completely none-linear, meaning I blend his points from The Function of the Orgasm, 1942, with Mass Psychology of Fascism, 1933, and The Sexual Revolution, 1936............
