#1: Friendly Frequencies Returns: The New Evolution Birthed From Chaos

Welcome my dear friend to the Friendly Frequencies Podcast! I am blessed and grateful to have you here with me on this journey. My name is Carmen MacLeod and I am the visionary force behind Friendly Frequencies, a podcast that shares tools of self reflection to aid in your revolutionary shifts in this life.

As I travel the world solo as an artist, tour guide, and life coach, I am recording my journey through self discovery, personal development, and spiritual growth. Through the powerful experiences that are leading to massive results in my life every day, I aim to inspire you to tap into the infinite power that you have as a powerful creation of this world, to create the reality of your dreams from the inside out, and to take action on your life, because life is now.

Three Months ago, my podcast was deleted off all platforms due to a choice I made, not knowing the severe effects it would have. Since then I have been reflecting, learning, gathering old episodes and rebuilding the podcast, alongside my busy life as a tour guide in the Philippines. The day is now here where I am able to be with you all again.

In this episode, I explain what happened to the podcast, what I learned from that experience, and what has happened in my life since then. Since my last episode, my entire world has shifted and I have moved to the next level in many different ways.

After this episode (recorded July of 2023), the rest of the episodes will fall in chronological order (starting in May of 2022). Notice the change in my voice, vibe, and maturity from this episode to my first episode over one year ago. I am not the same person today as I was when I created this podcast, and this is only just the beginning.
