I’m sharing the biggest differences I’ve noticed between the relationships that made me question myself and the kind of love I have now...where I feel secure, supported, respected, and completely myself.

As I step into a new chapter of my life, I’ve been thinking a lot about how much pressure I put on myself throughout my 20s to have everything figured out. Why You Care So Much What People Think (The Real Reasons)

I try to go into every year with an idea of the things I want to accomplish as well as the person I want to be. With it almost being half way through the year, I want to talk about some things I'm letting go of. These things, I believe, are holding me back from reaching my full potential and doing more harm than good. 

Things I'm letting go of: 

 1. Beating myself up over past mistakes when I didn't know any better

 2. People pleasing out of fear of being alone

 3. Trying to label myself or put myself in a box

 4. Saying no out of fear of failing or being uncomfortable

 5. Self limiting beliefs
