As excited as I am for this new season of life, before I come back from our honeymoon, I wanted to take a step back and talk about our relationship and what I’ve learned from being in unhealthy relationships before Josh. I’m sharing the biggest differences I’ve noticed between the relationships that made me question myself and the kind of love I have now...where I feel secure, supported, respected, and completely myself.

We’re talking about confusing chemistry with love, mistaking the bare minimum for effort, feeling like you have to earn someone’s love, and why the right relationship shouldn’t make you feel like you have to choose between yourself and the person you’re with.

As I step into a new chapter of my life, I’ve been thinking a lot about how much pressure I put on myself throughout my 20s to have everything figured out. In this episode, I’m talking about the anxiety that comes with feeling behind...whether it’s your career, money, relationships, or just not knowing what you’re doing with your life. I’m sharing some of the things I wish I understood earlier, like why changing your mind isn’t failure, why experiences aren’t a waste of time or money, and why you don’t need a 10-year plan at 22.
