This meditation is designed to help release any stress and pressure from your mind by dropping you into your heart space, releasing what is no longer serving you and allowing Mother Earth to take it all for you.
As I read this meditation I was also doing reiki so that you could receive a healing as you listen to the meditation.

Can a hysterectomy be healing and life changing!? This week Mikki has her beautiful Aunty, Ali Kay back on the podcast to talk about her recent hysterectomy. As a Reiki Master herself, Ali had done everything to heal her womb space and understand the trauma’s stored within it. But a constant “Get rid of it” kept ringing in her head. 
What a powerful choice it has ended up being. Mikki did a healing and ritual on Ali before her surgery and it was downright the wildest healing she has ever done.
This is such a powerful and necessary story to share and one I’m sure so many people with and without wombs need to hear.
