When a group becomes a mob

We are seeing more and more people giving up their complex identities to become a part of causes, movements, ideologies, or groups. Well whatever you may call these collectives, when the purpose is taken away and people adopt the group's identity as their own it spells trouble for all. In this episode, I look a the transformation of groups into mobs, the problem with this way of thinking, the fear of not being accepted by a group and how people manipulate people's ignorance to their advantage.
