They’re Not Nineteen Forever, but Liam Fray and Michael Campbell from Courteeners are episode No.19 of The Football Museum.

As the band release their seventh studio album, Pink Cactus Cafe, Liam thinks about what might have been after being told of a Manchester United trial by Sir Alex Ferguson, whilst Campbell agonises about a missed chance in front of The Stretford End. The pair remember the good old days of 1999, try to forget 2011 and hope that football really is cyclical.
