Most people, when they don't feel well, go to a doctor…who then prescribes medicine to help them feel better. But sometimes the side effects of that medicine can be challenging to deal with. So some people say that Eastern medicine is definitely the way to go instead, since its mostly natural remedies rather than chemicals.
