Like a tuning fork, everything in life carries a certain vibrational frequency. This is no different when it comes to our emotions. Living our life in certain frequencies can contribute to our wellbeing or disease. If you carry the frequencies of fear, anger, pride, anxiety or depression, your wellbeing is in constant attack. So what are some of the frequencies that will help us live healthy lives? And how can you ensure you maintain the right frequency to live a healthy lifestyle?
