How to Do This Practice:
1. Get Comfortable: 2. Sit or lie down in a relaxed, balanced position.
3. Settle into Your Body: 4. Notice how your body feels and allow yourself to settle.
5. Observe Your Thoughts: 6. Watch thoughts and emotions rise and fall without judgment.
7. Visualize the Sky: 8. Imagine your mind as a vast sky and your thoughts as passing clouds.
9. Detach from Thoughts: 10. Say to yourself, “This is just an experience, passing through.” 11.
12. Return to the Present: 13. Shift your attention back to your body and the support beneath you.
