Alexander Soofer has been charged with fraud and used the money to pay for things like a Land Rover and a down payment for his 7 million dollar home. A larger portion of the money came from measure H and the in safe program. Gov. Newsom has a problem with wildly unpopular policies that have made CA more radical and unaffordable.
