The High Performance Podcast

We chatted about the importance of soft stuff: the ability to show our emotions, let people know we care and the power of friendship. This is the intangible stuff that produces the hard currency of silverware.

 

"When it is all over, you don't remember games as well as the friendships and relationships you share."

In 2020 Kevin set the challenge to run 7 marathons in 7 days hoping to raise £77,777 in honour of his best Rob Burrow, who wore the No 7 shirt. He raised more than £2.5 million to help his friend’s family and the fight against MND.
