Historie

Max Gerson (October 18, 1881 – March 8, 1959) was a German-born American physician who developed the Gerson Therapy, a dietary-based alternative cancer treatment that he claimed could cure cancer and most chronic, degenerative diseases.Gerson described his approach in the book A Cancer Therapy: Results of 50 Cases (1958). Nobel Prize winner Dr, Albert Schweitzer said of Dr. Gerson: “I see in him one of the most eminent geniuses in the history of medicine. Many of his basic ideas have been adopted without having his name connected with them. Yet, he has achieved more than seemed possible under adverse conditions. He leaves a legacy which commands attention and which will assure him his due place. Those whom he has cured will now attest to the truth of his ideas.” Yet, like many others, his reputation in the United States was destroyed by the medical industrial complex. Many people believe he was murdered.
