The former Labour health secretary Alan Milburn has delivered his landmark report into youth inactivity, revealing that the number of young people not in education or employment is poised to rise by nearly a third to more than 1.25 million over the next five years.

Camilla and Jacob Rees-Mogg speak to the headteacher of St Thomas the Apostle in Peckham - Serge Cefai - who says that the younger generation are inclined to hide behind mental health “excuses” and try to “game” the welfare system rather than take responsibility and find work.
