Jan. 6 Committee Referrals, Title 42 Stayed for Now, Guest: Emma-Jo Morris on FBI Involvement in Hunter Laptop Censorship

On today's Breitbart News Daily podcast, fill-in host Jerome Hudson begins with election denier Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD) announcing that the January 6th Committee would refer former Pres. Trump for criminal investigation by the Dept. of Justice on four charges. Then, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts halts the court decision to end Title 42, allowing the policy to remain in effect while litigation is pending in federal court. Plus, if Joe Biden's migrants are not displacing Americans from our homeless shelters, they are camping out in El Paso, TX in freezing conditions. And, Twitter’s top ranks are filled with ex-FBI agents and executives. Many of these employees were swept away by Elon Musk’s massive layoffs, but some feds are likely still on the payroll.
