Life can feel busy, loud, and overwhelming, but that doesn't mean we have to spend our weeks simply surviving. In this episode, we're talking about simple ways to make an ordinary week feel a little more joyful—from making everyday moments feel special to creating something to look forward to, embracing fun, getting outside, noticing what's already good, and letting go of the pressure to make everything productive.
