F1 Academy: A springboard for the future

Chloe, Alisha, and Rafaela take us behind the scenes on F1 Academy, and talk about the challenges and opportunities of all driving the same car and only having two years in the programme. They discuss their personal journeys to get to F1 Academy, and how they hope it can act as a springboard for their future racing careers.
