Jon Batiste

This week we have a musician, singer, songwriter, composer, TV star and political campaigner - there is nothing he cannot do - it’s Jon Batiste! He’s won Grammys, a Golden Globe, a BAFTA, and even an Oscar, and now he’s popped round to mine for a Middle Eastern Mezze inspired brunch. A New Orleans native, music & food have always been a huge part of Jon’s life, and he told us all about his love of Red Beans & Rice, Po Boy Sandwiches, Crawfish Boils and Pepperoni Pizza with a dollop of honey. His beautiful piano playing at the end of the meal is definitely not to be missed, thank you for being the most wonderful guest Jon, you’re welcome back for more houmous anytime you’re in London!
