Lunch. Such a common meal and yet...what do we really know about it? Can anyone define it? Why hasn't the FDA weighed in?? This week we have Isle McElroy, the author of the upcoming novel People Collide and regular lunch consumer, to try to lead a healthy discussion on the topic that unexpectedly turns heated, contentious, and downright toxic.
