Sleep Stories to help you fall asleep easily. When anxiety, insomnia or spinning thoughts are keeping you awake, press play on a sleep story to relax your body and clear your mind so you can melt into deep sleep. Our stories are generated by AI and intentionally created to meander and even be nonsensical at times. We do this so your mind will attach to the stories just enough to allow your body to relax, but not enough to keep you awake and interested. In the quiet village of Thistledown, nestled between forested hills and winding brooks, lived a curious and wide-eyed boy named Corin. With wind-tousled chestnut hair, a satchel always at his side, and a gaze fixed on the horizon, Corin dreamed not of ordinary things, but of places whispered about in ancient songs and bedtime stories—places filled with magic, mystery, and treasure hidden deep within the folds of the world.

While others his age chased fireflies or skipped stones, Corin spent his afternoons mapping imaginary lands, decoding weathered scrolls he found in his grandfather’s attic, and practicing the art of listening—really listening—to the wind, the trees, the hush between bird songs. For Corin believed the world spoke to those who were quiet enough to hear.

One morning, as golden mist hovered over the hills, Corin discovered a peculiar envelope wedged between the stones of the old wishing well behind his cottage. The envelope was sealed with a wax emblem of a dragon curled around a compass. Inside, written in elegant, swirling script, was a riddle:

The Enchanted Quest: Adventures of the Young Explorer

"We only get one body...let's speak kindly to it."

I heard these words on my workout today and I just loved them! In one moment, I was just wishing my workout was done, and in the next, I was extremely grateful that I GET to move my body!

We can be really tough on our bodies! Especially as we go through our monthly cycles, as we age and change, and as we are inundated with images of what "beauty" looks like and fault ourselves for not being "that." 

So, let's take a break from all of that nonsense today and just LOVE UP ON OUR BODIES! 

Let's shower it with words of love and affirmation, with gratitude and with care.

The Long Way Home

Hello, beautiful. Welcome. I'm really, really grateful that you're here with me right now. It has been a while since I've come to you with a little hello. So I wanted to come here, give you a big virtual hug and say hi. How's your heart lately? How's your mind? How does your soul feel? Mine has felt a little in chaos the past couple of months. It is the summer months here, which means my kids are home full time. And it has just been a really interesting season of adjusting expectations, adjusting schedules. And as somebody who really, really loves my schedule and regularity and consistency, it has been, um, really good practice let's say really good practice to get me uncomfortable and that discomfort has actually had a lot of beautiful lessons to it and I feel like I've come out of the other side a lot wiser about myself and how I want to move in this world. So If you are going through something that makes you uncomfortable right now, just know that I believe there are lessons here to learn and there are beautiful awarenesses on the other side of it. 

As always, I just want to make sure to express my deep, deep gratitude for you being here listening and pressing play on our meditations across our whole network it has been seven years since the beginning of the women's meditation network and i feel like it's flown by so fast my daughter who i was pregnant with when i started this network is now about to be seven later on this year and it just blows my mind I can sort of parallel the lives of the network and everything that this is and her and it's just really beautiful to watch that growth. 

So whether you've been with me for seven years, or whether you have been with me for a couple months, whether you're listening for the first time, I am just so deeply grateful that these meditations are here for you, are helping you. I'm so lucky that I get to hear from so many of you quite often about, you know, what these meditations mean to you, how they're helping you. So thank you. Thank you so much for being a part of this whole experience that allows me to be in alignment with my gifts and the love of what I really do and for you to receive that and to benefit from that. So it means the world to me. One favor that I will be bold enough to ask for is for you to share this podcast. Okay. Today I wanted to just ask a simple question and then share something with you, some thoughts that I had about that question. Why do you fight the stillness? This question came up in my mind the other day as I was sitting down and meditating and my brain did not want to be there. I just allowed that question to be there because the truth is, is no matter how long I've been meditating, no matter how deeply I have felt the benefits of meditation, I can still come to my practice fighting, not wanting to be still. So, first of all, I just wanted to make sure that you know that all of that's okay. It is okay that your brain wants to fight this stillness. And secondly, I thought it was a beautiful question for each of us to dig a little deeper and see what's in that. Is there a reason you don't want to be still? Is there something you're scared of seeing? Are there emotions you really don't want to feel? These spaces that we avoid have so many things to teach us. And I believe that there's transformation on the other side of going through it. So with that in mind, I just wanted to share a reel that I had made that sort of magnifies this whole experience so I hope you really enjoy it!

In a hidden corner of the world, where mountains embraced emerald valleys and rivers hummed gentle lullabies, lay the Wildwood. A sanctuary so untouched by human footsteps that its pathways were etched only by paws, hooves, and the delicate tracks of small creatures scurrying beneath ferns and mosses.
