This week on RunPod, Jenni is joined by Jazz Saunders - best known for being part of the Made in Chelsea set, but now making a name in the running community.

Although she only took up running last November, running has completely transformed Jazz's life. She’s already conquered the London Marathon, discovered the unbeatable joy of runner’s high, and even launched her own run club on Instagram to inspire others.

In the studio, Jazz arrives wearing her signature 222 angel number necklace - a symbol she also has is her Instagram description. It's a number that represents balance, harmony, and trusting in your process - which perfectly mirrors what running teaches: finding your pace, staying positive when your run gets challenging, and believing every step brings strength, connection, and clarity. Vassos Alexander is another Runpod Run Club Returner! He's also a radio and podcast presenter, an author, and a runner and joins Jenni on the podcast this week. 
They chat Vassos' challenge of running this week's London Landmarks Half wearing a costume, how his experience running the marathon wearing a Minion costume was, which London landmark he'll be running as this weekend, all about the world record he's trying to set whilst running in the costume, the joy of races returning to the running calendar, Run Fest Run, sadly having to pull out of the hardest 100 miler in the UK due to injury, the importance of sleep, and the beauty of cold water swimming.
