Today's amazing guest graced the cover of Vogue when she was just 16 years old, and then went to work as a Top Model for 10 years travelling the world.

She's now a TV Presenter who you will have seen on Sky Sport Racing, Ascot and Goodwood TV, and Jockey Club Racecourses.

Aside from having a huge passion for horse riding and countryside living, she also really loves running!
