r/AmITheA**hole OP is the product of his mother's affair, which resulted in his father divorcing his mother. As a result, OP's mother blames him and treats him like absolute garbage throughout his entire life. She even convinces the rest of her family to bully him as well. The abuse gets so bad that he leaves to live on his own. Well, eventually OP becomes fairly successful, and OP's mom comes knocking because she wants money for life-saving medical treatment. OP tells her to pound sand, but then has second thoughts and thinks that he might be the butthole. What do you think?
